It’s not enough that you offer valuable products and services. Your audience needs to know you exist. Having a solid online presence not only gets your brand noticed but also promotes trust with your potential and current customers.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
1) Be mobile friendly.
Trends in current research show that web traffic is increasingly getting dominated by mobile users, as 53 percent of web traffic came from them in 2019! Having a mobile friendly website will expand your reach to anyone using a mobile device. Google will also prioritize your website in its algorithm – websites that are optimized for mobile devices rank better than those who don’t.
2) Share valuable information.
Use your online platforms to provide information about the services or products that you offer, showcase their benefits and how they can help your customers, answer frequently asked questions, and provide solutions to possible challenges your customers can face. Always upload content that will help you engage with your customers and show them that you will always be there to address their concerns.
3) Find out which social media channels your audience are on and leverage on those.
The most common social media platforms used for marketing are Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as they have a large variety of users and could also be used for organic marketing – when used properly, you won’t spend a single coin in advertising! Pinterest also has its own organic capabilities, depending on the amount of keywords you included and if they aligned with what a user has searched on the platform.
